Billings Bridge Community is Amazing!

Billings Bridge Centre is here to help you reach your fundraising goals. We’re proud to welcome over 50 local non-profit organizations every year, helping to raise much needed funding and gain valuable public awareness. Over $100,000 was raised this past year alone by non-profit groups who have taken advantage of Billings Bridge Charitable Program!

Billings Bridge Centre has one location in Centre Court open to all non-profit, non-denominational registered charities with a valid non-profit number. Organizations applying to use the space must be registered as a “society” with the Ontario Registry or have “charitable status” with the Canada Customs and Revue Agency.

Please note we require 30-60 days of notice prior to booking space within the shopping centre. Space is limited and is allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

WHEN does your organization prefer to have a display at the mall?

We’ll also need to know in advance about any other additional requirements (such as hydro, or phone lines) and a description/photo of your display.

If your group is accepted, we will contact you as soon as possible.

If there is space available during the dates that you have requested, your contact person will be notified.

• A Temporary Occupancy Agreement (TOA) will be sent to the representative
• This contract must be read, signed and returned at least one week prior to occupancy.
• A liability insurance certificate with at least $2 million in coverage.
• One table, skirting and 2 chairs are supplied by Billings Bridge Centre on a first come, first serve basis.

Please note that there is unfortunately no floor space available for Charities & Non-Profit Groups in November and December as the Mall partners up with specific charities for the Holiday Season.

IMPORTANT RULES AND REGULATIONS 

These very important rules must be followed while you are in Billings Bridge Centre:

• NO SOLICITING of any kind is permitted on the property.
• Displays MUST be set-up prior to mall opening and removed only after mall hours. 
• You must be present during the full day/hours of the Mall.
• All equipment/supplies must be brought in through the promo/delivery doors, NOT through mall customer entrances.
• All displays in the mall should be aesthetically appealing and very PROFESSIONAL in appearance.
• Displays must be manned at ALL times.
• All signage, posters, labels and price tags must be professionally made. NO HANDWRITTEN signs will be permitted.
• All tables must be skirted in flame-retardant fabric and are supplied by Billings Bridge Centre on a first come, first serve basis.
• Accumulation of garbage is not permitted.
• Extension cords, wires and ropes along the floor must be covered by a rubber mat to prevent accidents.
• Displays must not exceed 5 ft in height, 10 ft in width, and 10 ft in length.
• NO HELIUM BALLOONS of any kind are permitted.
• The selling of any goods at mall entrances is prohibited
